We are seeing floral prints this spring season, this classic pattern allows us to become in touch with our feminine side. There is something about the floral pattern that easily creates a touch of romance with a dash of fun that allows us to embrace the joy of spring. This season’s florals allow you to embrace a touch of femininity with each outfit you wear.
Here are some of my personal tips I follow that will help keep you looking balanced:
1. One or the other: Keep it simple, do not overwhelm your look with having floral prints in both your bottoms and tops. If it comes in a set, then the outfit is meant for you to pull it off. The rule of thumb should be one or the other with the other always being a solid color.
2. Start Gradually: If your not comfortable with prints as I once was, do not overwhelm yourself with a complete floral pattern outfit. There is no need for the unneeded anxiety. Find accessories or shoes that you can gradually begin to incorporate with floral patterns into your daily routine.
3. Accessories: If you are going to have floral pattern accessories as the statement piece of your outfit then the should stay clear of any floral pattern.
