With the beginning of the year in the rear-view mirror, there was an abundance of advertisements promoting “A New Year and a New You” everywhere you turned and looked. Overwhelming amounts of information on multiple companies regarding dieting and vitamins. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s great that we’re all leaning towards improving our health and wellness, but it also means that there’s a lot to choose from, and it can be confusing to know which vitamins are the real deal and which are a waste of time and money.
